I have ran across a couple of books that are outside of the genre that I love so well and this is one of them. What can I say, I am an author myself and just as I would like for others to review my works; I decided to take the time to help out fellow writers by giving an honest review. Poetry was a hit and miss for me until I ran across Love & Ink. Now i see poetry in a new light, really feeling the passion, the rhythm, and not only seeing the writer's interpretation, but also finding my own experiences that can relate to the words this author bled onto her pages; the essence of her very soul forced on the cream pages through the greatest invention or tool known to mankind - the pen.

Love & Ink is a great little collection of poetry. The poems are intriguing, exciting and some are down right sensual. The best way for me to describe it would be to say that Love and Ink is a roller coaster of passion. The author flowed the essence of her soul through her pen straight to the pages. I especially loved the work entitled "This Reality". I highly recommend this book. Pick up a copy even if you do not like poetry, I bet you will see poetry in a whole new way!!!.
