I usually take a break .... clear my head and focus on something else I like to do for a few days. If it still is continuing, I try to write it out. Writing at least something even if it isn't great just to keep the writing juices flowing. Try that. They say writers should write EVERYDAY even if it's just in a journal. Good Luck
Usually when this happens, I know where I'm going next, so will just jump ahead and write the next scene or chapter. This gets me going again and I can then go back and write the problem spot.
